Continental Steel Group at a glance

Continental Steel Group is a Chinese-Egyptian partnership operating a steel manufacturing facility in Anshas, Al Sharqia, Egypt. Operational since 2020, the company operates on a 60,000 m² industrial site with an annual capacity of 244.8k ton/year.

Our current steelmaking is based on induction furnace melting with ladle furnace (LF) metallurgy, focused on consistent billet production for downstream rolling mills and fabricators. Upgrading to electric arc furnace (EAF) steelmaking and adding rolling mills are under development.
