Our current operations focus on induction furnace steelmaking with ladle furnace (LF) metallurgy, producing billets with controlled chemistry and dimensional consistency to support downstream rolling and fabrication. Upgrading to electric arc furnace (EAF) steelmaking and adding rolling mills are under development.
Induction melting supported by ladle furnace metallurgy helps stabilize chemistry and improve consistency. This supports billet quality targets aligned to customer requirements and applicable standards.
Billets are produced for downstream rolling mills and fabricators supplying construction, infrastructure, industrial and energy supply chains across Egypt and export destinations.
Structured dispatch processes support repeatable handling, loading and documentation appropriate for domestic distribution and export coordination (as required by shipment and customer scope).
